Turn one hour a week into seven days of reinforcement.
Eduardo works with your students between sessions - following your lesson plan, flagging where they stick, and giving you a briefing before the next meeting.
No. You set the curriculum, the pace, and the relationship. Eduardo amplifies the one hour you have — between sessions, not instead of them.
Can I onboard my existing students?
Yes. Migration is about 10 minutes per student. Upload their context (current unit, recent assessments, learning style) and Eduardo calibrates immediately.
Do my student and I share one login?
No. You each have a separate link and a separate twin. Your Mentor link opens your twin; your student's link opens theirs.
What devices can we use?
Any modern web browser — laptop, tablet, or phone. No app to install.
Can I have more than one student?
The current plan supports one linked student per Mentor twin. Multi-student support is on the roadmap. Contact support to be notified when it is available.
Does my student need an email address to sign up?
No. Students access their twin through their link. No email or password is required on the student side.
My student already has a Family twin (with their parents). Can I link them to a Mentor twin as well?
This is a planned capability. Contact support to discuss the specific configuration for your student.
What age range does the Mentor Plan support?
Ages 8–18. Eduardo adapts tone and content filter to grade and level — 3rd grade through 12th grade, including test-prep (SAT, ACT, AP).
Tracking progress
How does my twin get my student's data?
Your Mentor twin connects to your student's twin securely on the server. When you ask a question about your student, the answer is pulled live from their records — you are always seeing current information.
My student just finished a topic session. Why haven't I seen a report?
Reports appear the next time you open your Mentor twin and start a conversation. They are delivered as a natural message at the start of your session.
Can I see the exact words my student typed?
No. Your student's private chat messages are theirs alone. What you see is structured output: assessment scores, topic objectives completed, KaiNotes created, and goals updated.
How far back does the history go?
As long as you are subscribed, all records are retained and fully searchable.
Assignments and grading
How do I control what Eduardo teaches?
Upload lesson plans, worksheets, test prep documents. Eduardo stays grounded in your materials and your district's standards. You can also lock specific topics or approaches.
Do I always have to generate a grading key?
Yes — for worksheets, quizzes, and tests, your twin always produces both the student version and a grading key. This happens automatically.
Where are grading keys stored?
In your Mentor twin's Reports tab under Documents. They are never visible to your student or their parents.
Can I see the answers my student gave on a quiz?
Yes. When a quiz or test is completed, the report delivered to you includes a per-question breakdown of what was answered correctly and what was missed.
Can my student refuse or dismiss an assignment?
Students can mark an assignment as dismissed. You will see that status from your Mentor twin. The record stays on both sides.
What is a topic session and how is it different from a worksheet?
A worksheet is a fixed set of questions your student answers. A topic session is a guided, adaptive conversation — your student's twin leads them through the topic using questions and hints, adapting in real time. Topic sessions generate a more detailed report showing which objectives were and weren't met.
Switching and access
Do I need a PIN to switch into my student's view?
No. The Mentor Plan does not use a PIN. You switch into your student's interface directly from the Open Student's View button in your Mentor twin.
Can my student's parents also see the student's twin?
Parents who have their own Family Plan twin linked to the same student can view the student's KaiBrain data through their Family twin. Mentor and parent access are separate — each reads the student's data through their own twin.
Privacy & professionalism
Is my student's data visible to anyone else?
No. Your student's data is private to them, with the following exceptions: you (as their linked mentor) can see structured records through your Mentor twin, and their parents (if on the Family Plan) can see the same structured records through their Parent twin.
Does my student know when I look at their records?
Yes. Your student's twin shows them an activity log with entries like "Your tutor viewed your KaiZen goals" or "Your tutor assigned a fractions quiz."
Are my session notes and grading keys visible to parents?
No. Your professional documents — session plans, grading keys, mentor notes, gap analysis — are stored in your Mentor twin only. Parents cannot access them.
Billing
What does the Mentor Plan cost?
$39/month per student, flat. Covers both your Mentor twin and your linked student twin.
Who pays — me or the student's family?
You pay EduAsiste directly per student. If you bill a family for tutoring, they pay you (not EduAsiste) — Eduardo is part of your practice, not a separate subscription for the family.
Is there a trial?
Your first student is free for 14 days. No credit card required. Cancel any time during the trial without being charged.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period. After that, your twin is placed in read-only mode for 30 days so you can export your data. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted. Your student's twin data is unaffected — it is owned by the student.
🔒 Eduardo keeps all student data encrypted and private.
You control access. End-to-end encrypted. No data sold. COPPA compliant.
